Teams can tell when ‘patient care’ really means ‘hit the number.’ Enamel IQ is the first thing I’ve seen that lets a team show the care itself.

It’s like losing weight. When you’re exercising and eating right, the scale just confirms it. Enamel IQ measures the exercise and the eating, so the numbers become the end result, not the whole story.

The biggest frustration of every owner I’ve worked with is how to hold the team accountable without micromanaging them or asking for a report every day. Enamel IQ is the answer. This is it.

One smartwatch tells you that you only got five hours of sleep. Another tells you to get to bed thirty minutes earlier tonight. Enamel IQ’s Action Center is the second one.

Accountability without micromanaging

With Enamel IQ, the owner can finally see what the front desk is actually doing, and the team knows it.

— Sherri Hollenbeck, Dental practice coach

The owner opens the follow-up list when they want a look. The front desk is looking at the same list. Nobody has to write a report for that.

The Action Center flagged two young patients’ Invisalign claims for a check. My front office person opened it expecting routine. One claim had been denied because the treatment length was missing. The other was approved but needed resubmitting every 30–90 days to keep getting paid. Now she has one place to track both until they’re fully paid.

A smile video, then the next steps

Enamel IQ’s Invisalign timeline starts with the patient’s smile video. The first patient who saw his couldn’t look away. He said yes to Invisalign that day.

Treatment we plan shouldn’t go quiet for six months. With timelines in Enamel IQ, a series of helpful touch points follows a consult. The first is the patient’s Invisalign smile video, taken at the end of the consult, showing their projected smile. Not everyone says yes. Now each patient gets their smile video, then a financial breakdown, a ClinCheck walkthrough from me, and a before-and-after page. We now average about 2.5 Invisalign starts a month, and had 3 in a single week.

Everyone shares follow-up, and the work gets recognized

In most practices, every follow-up gets dumped on the front desk. With Enamel IQ, everybody has a hand in it, and everybody gets recognized for it.

— Sherri Hollenbeck, Dental practice coach

Follow-up is split across the people who already touched that visit. Finishing a task shows up, including a point of recognition. If it takes more than a few clicks, the team will not keep doing it.

Seeing the actions behind the numbers

Watch the activities. The dollars are what those activities add up to. A task that says what to do next is different from a number that only reports what already happened.

A what-to-expect message before a visit, with a photo of the assistant they’ll see, takes the fear out of it. It’s education after a good conversation, not a sales push.
